Training @Home

Here's our selection of activities to keep active whilst we are all at home.

 

Each challenge fits into a week, giving you time to practice and then send us your results. We will add these to our Results Page

Just pick the week you want to do, you don't have to start with Week 1 !

Week 2 - Run Your Age in Kilometers

This challenge is perfect for taking a break from watching Christmas Movies on the sofa!

All you have to do is run your age in kilometres during one week. You can do it in as many runs as you want. 

 

If you are 10 years old, you have to run 10km in a week. You can run with your family & friends, let us know their results too!

Once you have completed your challenge, send us your results and we will add them to our Results Page.

Week 1 - Indoor Pentathlon

Our first challenge is an Indoor Pentathlon from England Athletics and Sportshall.

 

You must carry out all activities in one day, but you can choose any day to do these activities. Sportshall have produced a series of videos explaining how to compete and record your results.  Some extra instructions, and a vertical jump scale are available from the Sportshall website.

 

Once you have completed your challenge, send us your results and we will add them to our Results Page.
